Selling Point:
Roman-style fast food which, unlike our own fast food enterprises, happens to be delicious, healthy with fresh ingredients and you don’t need a mega-sized soft drink to neutralize the salt quotient.

What to eat:
The pizzas(Pane Romano), assembled on thin, home-baked breads with aromatic herbs and available with various toppings, are excellent. Try the pancetta, mozzarella and gorgonzola shindig, the chicken pesto or the intriguing Egiziana with sliced potatoes, cumin, olive oil and tomato. There are also great paninis like the Veneto with roasted pork loin, provolone, sautéed mushrooms and spinach or dig into a larger entrée item like lasagna, cannelloni or homemade gnocchi.
