Sciué has created four blends honouring the classic Italian roasting style. Our blends are made from 100% Organic Arabica Beans under Direct Trade standards. The Sciué blends are roasted locally to ensure the freshest beans of the highest quality. We’re consistently told that our coffee is incredible and due to requests from our customers, have begun retailing our coffee in 3/4 & 5 pound bags at each of our Bakery Caffé locations. Sciué Fresh from the Oven Bread

Originally, our Baking team started in the morning to create breads, buns, pizza bases and pastries for our stores. Before we knew it, our breakfast customers started taking home their own loaf of bread. In time, local residents of our stores started coming in just to buy loafs for home. As we’ve grown to three locations, word has continued to spread. We now have a team of bakers working around the clock to keep fresh hand crafted breads coming out of the oven to meet the demand of our stores and the local community.
